**What you’ll be doing**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Senior Service Delivery Manager to join our team based in Auckland. Bringing rich and deep customer management skills, you’ll work in a dedicated and engaged Sales and Service Delivery Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and ensuring the delivery of sales and service outcomes for some of Chorus’ key customers.

As a Senior Service Delivery Manager, some of the ways you will contribute are;
- Ensure end to end customer experience outcomes are achieved to designated targets and service levels
- Work with Chorus operational teams to manage delivery of complex change initiatives into customers
- Build and grow relationships with senior customer stakeholders
- Ensure the growth of customer spend and uptake of Chorus products via sales of new products/services and upsell campaigns/initiatives
- Work closely with the Account Team and Lead to support, create, maintain and execute a robust strategic account plan that ensures Chorus customers are informed and in a position to get the most out of the Chorus relationship/products/services.
- 5+ years proven Customer Management experience
- 3+ years of Account Management or Service Delivery experience
- Experience with Agile frameworks
- Positive energy, confidence and determination to drive for results
- Able to work well under pressure and in a complex business to business relationship
