Loyalty Analyst

**About the role**

Reporting to the Senior Campaign & Personalisation Manager, as the Loyalty Analyst you’ll be responsible for supporting and delivering the design and development of data-driven analyses for Foodstuffs’ customer engagement, personalisation and loyalty programme activities.

You’ll support the identification of customer behavioural insights, identify target audiences and relevant rewards and promotional offers which retain Customers, and create insightful reporting for campaigns and the key metrics of Foodstuffs’ customer engagement strategy.

This new role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance Foodstuffs’ understanding of every Customer and deliver solutions which have historically been provided by third parties.

**About you**

You will have prior experience and understanding of digital and direct marketing tactics, customer data analysis, loyalty programme management and personalised campaign measurement. You will be highly data literate and have a track record of listening to stakeholder needs and delivering timely, repeatable analytical solutions, with exposure to tools such as Google Cloud Platform and/or Tableau. Most of all you’ll be a customer advocate who has a growth mindset and knows when to drill deeper into the data for relevant insights and or findings.
