Talent & Culture (HR) Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive, driven and highly organised individual with real passion for Talent & Culture. You will be exposed to generalist T&C responsibilities including recruitment, employee relations, immigration and much more
**About the Role**
Reporting to the Talent & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for providing support across the business to all employees. You will support Managers and Supervisors in everything people related through recruitment, employee relations, performance management and L&D initiatives. You will also be an admin superstar and well organized in your work. This is a diverse role covering Generalist T&C, recruitment & payroll.
**Main Purpose of the Job**
To provide quality and professional support for the Talent & Culture function and hotels while assisting in the coordination of Recruitment, Employee Relations, Training and Development, Sustainability and Workplace Health & Safety activities ensuring they meet the operational needs of the hotel while falling within the guidelines of Accor Talent & Culture practices and initiatives.
**Specific Requirements**
- Hotel HR experience preferred but not required
- Demonstrated experience dealing with confidential matters
- An approachable nature and ability to build relationships across all levels
- Ability to think outside of the square, always seeking a better way at conducting our business
- Self driven, exceptional organisation skills and the ability to multi task
- Previous exposure to New Zealand employment law, WHS legislation & immigration preferred
- Ability to work in New Zealand permanently.
