We’re Sandfield and we build smart software solutions for some of Australasia’s top brands.

We’re a leading, Kiwi-owned software business that prides itself on NOT just being a conventional tech company. We’ve developed some pretty innovative systems for clients which leave other, more high-profile, software packages in the dust.
Our work facilitates high-performance supply chains for the likes of Mainfreight, Qube and Allied Concrete and keeps millions of orders and data points flowing for Foodstuffs. It also manages business finances for Team Global Express and Green Acres, helps fill seats on the Interislander, keeps Les Mills members engaged, and helps you park through ParkMate.

**The Role**
Our current Administrator has grown into new and exciting things within Sandfield since joining us as a graduate over two years ago. We are looking for somebody to step into her shoes and have the same career opportunities. The key to the role is supporting the HR team and all the teams across the entire business when it comes to anything related to people and culture, including supporting a strong, engaged work culture. You will need to be very organised as you will be the central person to move things along, ensuring processes are followed and that potential employees and our current team members experience exceptional support from the HR team. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities is important. Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with pre-employment checks and onboarding
- Coordinating training across the business, soft skills, on-boarding, technical training etc, follow-up surveys and reporting on training activities
- General support in the smooth running of the office and ad-hoc projects
- Organising events and social activities
This role would suit a graduate who has excellent communication skills, is very organised and is very much a people person with a sense of humour. You will be exposed to a wide variety of HR functions with the opportunity to grow and build your knowledge across the business. Role would suit an HR, Business, or English major although we are open as long as you hav iniative, drive and take ownership.
