Programme Controller PMO

**Contract Programme Controller PMO**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the PMO, including project planning, execution, and reporting
- Develop and implement project plans and schedules
- Track project progress and manage risks
- Communicate with stakeholders and provide status updates
- Manage budgets and resources, program dependencies, reporting, change requests
- Resolve project issues and conflicts
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in large scale projects acting as the PMO Lead or Project Controller
- PMI or Prince certifications
- Experience with tools like Jira, Excel (formulas and automation) and MS Project
- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices
- Experience with project planning, execution, and reporting
- Experience with risk management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., JIRA)
