Bay Catering’s brand-new café is officially open, and we’re on the hunt for a kitchen superstar with café experience to join our team This is your chance to play a key role in shaping the café’s success and bringing our vision to life from the ground up.

In this role, you’ll take charge of daily café operations, ensure top-notch quality control, and stay ahead of the latest café trends. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to lead with their unique flair, inspiring the team to deliver unforgettable service every single day.

About you:

- Three years experience in a similar role
- Accurate cash handling & banking skills
- Ability to supervise a team
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate across a range of levels
- Ability to manage deadlinesExcellent organisational skills
