**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team. The Warranty Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently managing warranty claims and providing exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with customers and automotive technicians to define the scope of warranty claim resolutions and set expectations.
- Process all warranty paperwork accurately and ensure proper documentation to meet franchise criteria.
- Follow up on each claim to ensure timely service delivery and compensation for the dealership.
- Provide timely and accurate reports as required.
- Resubmit rejected claims promptly and follow up on outstanding claims.
- Reconcile all warranty receivables and maintain service and customer records.
- Keep track of warranty parts and stay informed about factory recalls.
- Coordinate with account departments to settle warranty claims and invoice repair orders when required.
- Scan all warranty documentation into the system and claim service contracts.
- Monitor the DMS system to ensure claims are processed within set time frames.

- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
