**Rentokil Initial** is looking for a self-motivated and energetic person who is keen to step into the role of **Service Planner **in **Auckland**. Reporting to the Manager, this is a pivotal role and you will be the "go to person" for the Auckland team.

**_ In this role you will be:_**
- Supporting the team to ensure that the customer experience is up to scratch, your focus will be on service delivery through solid planning strategy;
- Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of service.
- Working closely with supervisors and technicians to continually review performance against Service delivery goals and ensure best practice;
**_To succeed in this role, you will:_**
- Have a "can do attitude" and be solution focused to always deliver for the Customer
- Have strong organisational and coordination skills, and a keen attention to detail;
- Be IT savvy and have good computer skills;
- Be a strong communicator, self-motivated and highly outcome-focused;
- Have an outgoing personality and demonstrate a sound record of relationship-building and
- maintenance skills;
- Possess a strong work ethic, a sense of humour, and enjoy and share the thrills of winning as a team.
