**The role**:
An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for a driven, passionate, Sales Team Leader to join our team in Auckland CBD You will be responsible for leading, inspiring and developing a team of high-performing Account Managers and Campaign Executives to achieve exceptional results across our Tier 1 agency accounts. You will also:

- Foster a high-performing team culture by leading, training and mentoring the team including managing the performance and salary review processes
- Drive robust, trusted and revenue-generating relationships with clients
- Lead the sales team to identify opportunities for new and incremental business
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets for your respective team
- Report and track all revenue including sales activity and deal pipeline
- Communicate our offerings and unique value-proposition to agencies whilst developing a high level of market intelligence
- Work with all internal stakeholders to ensure campaign success and grow our position in market
- Drive business through new channels, events and networking

**The Experience**:
You’ll have previous sales management experience within the media industry (OOH preferred) and have a track record in motivating and empowering your team to achieve outstanding results. You will also:

- Have exceptional relationship management skills and a natural hunter mindset, with proven success in developing new business and expanding key accounts
- You are a strong communicator and an expert collaborator who can bring together cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes.
- Be able to influence stakeholders through thought-leadership and a consultative approach
- Understand how to use data, metrics and external market insights to drive and influence decisions.
- An innate storyteller with excellent presentation style and ability to present engaging insights and solutions
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines.
- A dedicated team player who thrives on pro-activity and is enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
