Contribute to our purposeful mahi of bringing colour and connection to our communities by ensuring the MediaWorks sales team runs smoothly with your highly organised, proactive and customer driven approach. As Account Executive you will support, deliver great outcomes and learn loads from industry legends whilst working in a welcoming and creative environment.

**The Role**

Assisting our sales team working with agencies on planning, contracts, implementation of promotional or activations sold.
- Supporting the account managers / sales team on a day to day basis
- Deliver a high standard of sales material including schedules and presentations
- Ensure advertising plans and contracts are accurate and adhere to sales policies
- Contribute towards the delivery of monthly sales budgets set by the Group Head
- Understand customers' needs and work to develop trusted relationships, contributing to client retention and growth
- Providing a high level of timely follow-up service and support to internal & external stakeholders
- Attend team meetings, participate in planning, brainstorms and presentations

**About You**

You have a passion for media, you have either studied media, marketing or communication or have a year's experience within Agency or sales.
- Energetic, self starter who's collaborative and super organised to collectively achieve success
- High attention to detail, accuracy and exemplary administration skills
- Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise your workload in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Creative problem-solver and solution focused
- Can do attitude and curious learner
