Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our Destinations Group on a one-year fixed-term maternity cover. The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communications, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in a relevant role.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and collaborating with the team to achieve our goals. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Hamilton Gardens and the surrounding area.
  • Manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, events, and print advertising.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve our marketing goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and website content.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in a Communication and Marketing role, preferably in the tourism industry.
  • Solid marketing experience across various channels, including online and offline platforms, with the ability to manage media independently.
  • Strong copywriting skills and adaptability to different marketing channels.
  • A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to collaborate with the team.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a passion for storytelling.
  • Digital literacy, including knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • An undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
