They have an exciting opportunity for an adaptable Senior People & Culture Advisor, providing day-to-day operational advice and also supporting human resources activities aligned with the organisation’s strategic objectives
This is a true ‘roll up your sleeves’ role, where you will embrace a broad range of general HR activities and projects including recruitment, remuneration, performance management, engagement, coaching, change management, training and development, immigration support and be part of embedding DEIB in the culture but could also see you leading the team to a gelato shout or assisting with one of the monthly community day activities. It will keep you on your toes so bring your flexible can-do attitude
The person who will thrive in this role will hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline and be a team player who possesses a positive and influential style of communication. You are resilient with an ability to adapt to changing priorities at short notice. As someone familiar with the demands of the HR function you’ll understand the importance of acting with integrity, confidence and accountability and you’ll enjoy working within a friendly, collaborative and achievement focused culture where your drive, self-motivation, and organisation skills will be valued.
This role will see you take on exciting challenges with the satisfaction of seeing tangible results for your work across the whole organisation. You will be a key member of a small close-knit People & Culture team within the Business operations team, committed to upholding a great workplace culture and the company values.
