**About the role**:
The purpose of this role is to implement and manage the processes and policies across HR while providing high quality support and advice to stakeholders.
You will love business partnering and professional supporting individuals to ensure their HR needs are supported. You will be involved with workforce planning, organisational change and employee relations. This is a generalist role, you will gain experience in all areas of HR.

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- People Advice
- Support managers with performance management, staff engagement and involvement initiatives across the business
- Support managers with advice to on end-to-end employment
- Relationship ManagementHealth and Safety initiatives
- Supporting the OD Advisor

**About You**:

- You will be a passionate Senior in what you do. You will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- You will have between 3-5 years’ experience within HR or Organisational development and you will have an understanding of HR/OD policies and practices with NZ,
- Understand the machinery of government and the NZ employment law.
