**The role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join our 300 Richmond Team. This role is full-time based in Grey Lynn, Auckland.
You will be key to supporting the day-to-day running of our Shared Offices, working hand in hand to deliver exceptional customer service. Being involved with several aspects of our operation including, welcoming guests, secretarial duties, customer service, and administrative support. There are opportunities for professional growth across each of these areas.
**Work hours**:
Monday to Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm
No weekends
**What you will need**:
- Strong administration skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Sales experience preferable
- Experience in a front-facing position is preferred but not essential
- Self-motivated and able to work using your own initiative
- Enjoy problem-solving and taking ownership of tasks
- Passion for delivering customer service excellence, with an above and beyond attitude and work ethic
- Enthusiasm as a team player with a 'hands-on approach to a diverse range of tasks
- Goal-orientated and results-driven
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to be flexible when required
