**About the role**

Due to an increasing demand, we have an awesome opportunity for an Administrator to join our awesome Foodies Learning team.

This is an initial 6-month fixed-term opportunity based on a 20-hour week, with the potential to extend depending on demand. This role would be ideal for someone looking for a bit of work life balance and enjoys remote working.

**What you’ll do**

As a member of the Foodies Learning team, you’ll play a key role in contributing to its overall success to deliver “best in class” learning initiatives and work collaboratively and cross functionally across P&C to achieve that vision.

You will:

- Be responsible for co-ordinating the smooth running of a selection of our learning courses (which can change over time) which includes monitoring our Foodies Learning shared inbox, ordering of workbooks, and confirming venue and catering bookings.
- Provide high-quality service to key stakeholders. Acting as a first point of contact for participants and vendors.
- Maintain and update internal databases.
- Raise POs in SAP and ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner so our suppliers are paid on time.
- Arrange team travel.
- Administrate our 360 Leadership Development and Personality Assessment platforms.
- Work closely with our Programme and Training Managers to support a seamless experience for our learners.
- Be involved in managing the Graduation and Excellence Awards eligibility list and assist the event management project team (Annual May event).
- Be involved with co-ordinating an error-free Annual Learning Calendar (August to October).
- Assist with any Learning Projects we initiate in the Foodies Learning team, event management and administrative functions.
- Proactively look for opportunities to improve the operations of the Foodies Learning team.

**What you’ll need**
- A strong background in administrative excellence.
- You will be detail-focused and prioritise accuracy and thoroughness.
- Be self-motivated, and effectively able to prioritise workload. Enjoy a collaborative working style yet be able to stand on your own two feet.
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking ability.
- A willingness and eagerness to learn, be curious and constantly look for opportunities to improve our processes and services.
- You will be a doer, capable of speedily delivering high volumes of quality work, yet also be flexible and able respond to incoming requests.
- A reliable problem-solver and with strong project management skills.
- A high standard of interpersonal and communication skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences.
- Experience with SAP Learning systems and Financial Management would be preferred, however not essential
