**Our Mico East Tamaki store is a busy and growing branch, providing trade solutions to a loyal trade customer base, including home builders and the local business sector.**

**Mico New Zealand is a top supplier of plumbing and bathroom products to the trade, retail, and commercial sectors, with 70 branches and around 550 employees throughout New Zealand.**

**The role**:

- We have an exciting role, where you’ll join a stable branch and enjoy the variety and opportunities of working with a diverse close-knit, supportive team within a large organisation.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is a varied role that will see you involved mainly in Inwards Goods area and driving the customer delivery to get an order out. However, you’ll also be servicing out customers on the Trade Counter when required.
- Working behind the Trade Counter, you’ll ensure that our customers, who are made up of tradies, businesses and homeowners, are greeted with a cheerful smile and exceptional service, but even while doing deliveries will bring your great customer service skills into play. The greatest focus of our teams is to work together with our customers to support them to keep their businesses on the go

**This is a permanent, full-time role, working Mondays - Friday 7am-4pm**

**About you**
- To shine in this role, you’ll bring your customer-focused, can-do attitude and be excited by the prospect to learn and grow in this rewarding industry.
- We are looking for someone with **inwards goods experience** and be solution focused. Our East Tamaki team work collaboratively and so your strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential to this role. The ability to build rapport and relationships should be your strength and you’ll be IT savvy too. There will be manual handling required and so you’ll need to be physically fit and be Health and Safety conscious.

**A current Full Class 1 drivers’ licence is also required, and a Forklift licence or experience is preferred, however not essential.**
