Events, Personal Assistant and Academy (Learning and Development) Support

In this role, you will be juggling multiple balls in this varied role As a Personal Assistant, you will be supporting the Christchurch and South Island Regional Manager and South Island Performance Coach with diary and travel management; whilst in the Academy Support aspect of your role, you will be managing course availability, preparing content for training sessions and then you will be taking charge with event management organising the Quarterly Awards and Business owner events.
We need a capable and organised individual who can ensure all events are managed effectively in this busy and fulfilling role as well as support key members in the team.
**Duties**:
- PA support including diary and travel management
- Event management includes organising the quarterly awards and assisting with the national conference
- Delivery of internal team events
- Updating the training calendar, preparing student course packs and database management
- Coordinating advertisements
- Maintaining a tidy office and answering the main line reception
- Budget management.and so much more
Personal Attributes:
- Intermediate MS Office Skills
- Strong Interpersonal and the ability to work under pressure
- A Pro-active and can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Previous experience providing administration support
