**About the Role**

As the M365 Technology Trainer, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders, design customised training programs, and lead engaging sessions, with a focus on Microsoft 365 (including Sharepoint, Teams, Outlook etc).
- Day to Day Responsibilities_
- Collaborate with stakeholders to discern training requirements and create tailored technology training programs.
- Develop training materials, resources, and documentation.
- Conduct engaging training sessions through diverse mediums.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training.
- Stay current with advancements in technology.

**Skills & Experience Required OR About Your Experience**

Our client seeks an individual with a robust customer focus, capable of infusing patience and empathy into their work. Ideally you will come from a technical background, with speciality in all things M365 (Sharepoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook etc) as well as onboarding new tech when needed.
- Demonstrated experience as a Trainer, preferably in technology, involved in designing and delivering training programs
- Possession of relevant certifications in training, change management, and/or technology platforms would be highly valued
- Strong communication skills coupled with the ability to think innovatively
- High levels of empathy and patience when supporting individuals through change

Please note the role can be based either in New Plymouth or Wellington, and there will be monthly travel required to either location (all travel costs will be covered)
