The Technical Lead for M365 plays a critical role in supporting GCSB and NZSIS to adopt new ways of working as a community in a hybrid classification environment.
This is a new role with responsibility for ensuring our M365 Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive environments support the evolving needs of staff and business units as they shift some or all of their activities to this environment.
It provides expert assistance to business units to understand the potential of the tools and to develop functional solutions for them within the M365 platform. It is also part of the governance team that will determine the product direction and resolve integration challenges between the agencies' different classification and operating environments.
We are looking for someone with senior level experience as an M365 developer/administrator. You would be perfect for this role if you
- Have experience in implementing M365 in a complex organisation
- Enjoy helping others as a change agent and have the desire to see them succeed
- Have broader experience as a system / CMS administrator
- Have great analytical and communication skills and
- are savvy about the wider risk environment we operate in
