We now have an opportunity for an experienced EA & Office Manager to join our Dunedin based team.

Your Role

We’re excited to have the opportunity for a focused, collaborative and highly organised Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join our Dunedin office to provide parental leave cover for a fixed-term period of 12 months. As the Executive Assistant to the CEO you will be responsible for providing a high level of administration and operational support including calendar management, communications, coordination of travel, organising and minute taking at board meetings & strategy workshops.

You will also be responsible for the day to day management of the Dunedin office, which has 70 employees, with key responsibilities that include ordering stationary, liaising with external suppliers, screening calls and visitors to the office, and coordinating events.
