As an Administrator Client Services for the University Library, you will be based in our world-class, award-winning Library building, and play a vital role in supporting academic excellence at the University of Otago.

You will provide a range of administrative activities, including meeting support, organising travel, assisting with monthly reporting and supporting the Library Executive Management Group.

You will work closely with a diverse team of administrators supporting corporate services across the University and may be required to assist in other areas as needed.

Administrator Client Services roles are part of the Shared Services Division, a team of highly skilled professional staff responsible for delivering an outstanding student and staff experience through high quality, effective service delivery to all the University’s internal and external customers.

**_ Further details/Pūroko_**

This is a permanent, full time (37.5 hours) position, based in Dunedin.

We also have Kaiwhakahaere Tari positions available. These roles are part of the Administrator Client Services function but in addition they support the implementation of the Māori Strategic Framework activities, the University’s commitment to the success of Māori students and staff and contribute to a culture of whakawhanaungatanga in our workplaces. These positions are remunerated at Level 5, with the appointment range $61,531 to $65,898.
