**Cafe assistant**

As a cafe assistant you will be responsible for provide customer service for according to Columbus Coffee
- Be a team player with good communication skills, who can lead a team by example.
- Robust understanding around Food Control Plans and all areas of Health and Safety
- Solution focused with a can-do attitude
- Strong leadership skills with a background in managing a team with the ability to further develop and grow their skills whilst demanding the highest work standards
- Methodical in your approach to the job with the ability to see the big picture and direct staff accordingly.
- Customer centric - love customer interaction with exceptional customer service skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- On call
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

- Dunedin, Otago: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
