**About the Role**
**This is your chance to make a real difference as a**Patient Services Manager**, leading the operational management of the Ward, Day Stay, and Pre-admission departments. **As a**Patient Services Manager**, you will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with medical specialists, managing resources effectively, and achieving strategic objectives. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the hospital’s services and delivering exceptional outcomes for patients in the Waikato region.**
**Key Responsibilities**:**
- **Lead and manage the Ward, Day Stay, and Pre-admission teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.**:
- **Build strong relationships with medical specialists to ensure seamless service delivery.**:
- **Oversee budgets and resource management, ensuring operational and financial efficiency.**:
- **Collaborate with senior leaders to align operational goals with the hospital’s strategic vision.**:
- **Drive a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation.**
**What We’re Looking For**:
- **At least 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, ideally within a hospital environment.**:
- **A New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current practising certificate.**:
- **Tertiary qualification in nursing, healthcare management, or a related field.**:
- **Strong financial management and budgeting experience.**:
- **Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and inspire excellence.**:
- **Passion for delivering outstanding patient care and fostering continuous improvement.**
