This role is supporting the work of the Quality and Improvement Team by maintaining all quality assurance activity, information sources and registers. You would be reporting on quality assurance activities and supporting the Quality and Improvement Partners in completing quality assurance activities to ensure standards are met in a consistent manner, including internal audit, external audit preparation, complaints and compliments, incident management, restraint minimisation and privacy.

This role can be based in our Christchurch, Wellington or Auckland hubs and will be working closely with our Quality and Improvement Partners. It is a permanent part-time role, and our preference is your hours are worked across a five day week e.g., four hours a day.

**He kōrero mōu | About You**

We are looking to hear from people who have the following experience:

- Experience in providing a high level of administration support
- Have a strong interest in quality improvement
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills including strong report writing skills
- Data skills including collecting, presenting and analyzing themes
- Initiative, problem solving and an ability to work independently
- Able to work part-time hours (20 hours) over a 5 day week i.e., 4 hours a day
