Here in New Zealand, Amplifon trades under two brands; Bay Audiology and Dilworth Hearing, working together to help our customers rediscover all the emotions of sound.Located in Takapuna, our NZ support office is close to SH1 motorway and Akoranga bus depot.**About the Role**:As the Customer Offering Manager, you'll be responsible for all aspects of customer offering and product management for both Bay Audiology and Dilworth Hearing. This includes management of pricing, promotions, our product portfolio, roadmap plans and product lifecycles. You'll be developing and executing customer offering strategies that improve our customer experience and deliver results for our business**Key Responsibilities**:Product Management:
- Develop and manage the market plan for product delivery, product lifecycle, launches phase outs.
- Management of key stakeholders and gathering input into the plan and adjust as required.
- Understanding of customer needs, the field operational context and competitive landscape for potential impact on product decisions
- Understand the manufacturer landscape, global agreements and, in partnership with Supply Chain, manage local market hearing aid supplier relationships
- Monitor, manage and report on the manufacturer mix and, in partnership with Supply Chain, ensure the Manufacturer mix (Share of Wallet) is meeting local and global requirements
- Project Manage all stakeholders for delivery of product and pricing changes, including Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales & REX, Clinical Trainers.
- Develop new tools and processes to improve product, Pricing & Promotions planning and delivery
- Work with Supply Chain to support management of forecasting impacts with of product and pricing changes
- Monitor Amplifon App compatibility matrix, support troubleshooting and resolution
- Manage Insurance replacement portfolio management
- Assess and approve on-off orders for non-portfolio alternatives or special orders
Product and Promotion Management:
- Drive and manage promotions and discounting
- Deliver Pricing, Promotions, Average Selling Price and Product mix analytics, reporting and insights
- Understand competitive landscape and manage competitor pricing analytics to provide input into pricing decisions
- Present ASP strategies, performance, insights and plans to key stakeholders
- Manage key stakeholders and gain input into strategies to achieve required ASP
Customer Service Offering Management:
- Manage and maintain all service offering features and products for; included offering, service packs and ACC care plans across both businesses
- Develop new service offerings as required, work with Finance to develop business models and lead project teams to deliver to market
**To be successful in this role you'll**:
- Be degree-qualified, with proven experience in Product Management, Pricing & Service expertise in a health, service or retail industry, or have experience in the audiology industry
- Be comprehensive in your understanding of customer needs and customer offering strategy
- Ideally be familiar with the audiology industry competitor landscape, hearing aid solutions and regulatory landscapes to understand potential impacts on product decisions, but this is not essential if you've got the transferable skills from another industry
- Strong understanding of competitor landscape, providing insights for the business and input into product, pricing, promotion and service decisions
- Have in Depth Understanding of the Regulatory / Funder Environment in the context of product and pricing
