**THE POSITION**

**This is a full-time, permanent position based in Auckland with an agile work setup. You will be directly reporting to the Head of Animal Health NZ. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the marketing and sales teams and being the point of contact for internal and external customers in the fulfillment of literature and other promotional process items and marketing-related projects.**

**Tasks & Responsibilities**

Business Partnering- Collaborate with the Head of Animal Health NZ to manage and minute meetings, including leadership and other business meetings.-
- Liaise with managers to collate and prepare local, regional and global presentations to a professional standard.-
- Work on confidential projects as required and work collaboratively with the Site Services Officer to support the business needs.Sales & Marketing- Coordination of promotional material requests for Marketing, Sales and Customers.-
- Production of presentations and sales detailers and coordination of administrative support for the Sales & Marketing teams.-
- Raising and receipting of marketing purchase orders for the AH sales and marketing team with a custom BI interface-
- Support the management of sponsorships and events for marketing and sales teams, including display stand coordination.-
- Liaise with the AU/ASKAN procurement team for all promotion approvals.Event Management- Coordination of all sales conferences in conjunction with the wider business administration team, including venues, catering, accommodations, transport, flight management, invitations, and agenda management-
- Attendance at events is necessary to ensure the smooth running of the conferences and to meet and greet guests.-
- Support the wider BI business to organize company events, including Christmas functions.**Essential and Desirable Skills and Experience**:
- 5 years of work experience in a similar role-
- Business studies and/or marketing qualifications or other similar qualifications are preferred but not required.-
- Prior stakeholder management and engagement experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills-
- Successful marketing and event management skills-
- Understanding of Accounts Payable is highly desirable-
- Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills, including attention to detail-
