With one of our team heading off on Parental Leave, we are looking for a Team Administrator to help support our Store Development Team on a 12 month Fixed Term contract based at the Macpac support office, Macpac Basecamp, located in Hillsborough, Christchurch.

**About the role**
The Store Development team, design and execute the Brand Design standards across our store network to ensure we provide a consistent overall offer to the evolving customer segments inclusive of external livery, layout flow, navigation, team and customer efficiencies and overall improving the customer experience.
This role will see you provide a high level of administrative and coordination support across our Store Development projects as well as providing support to our Store Development Project Manager and our Senior Manager Store Development and Visual Merchandising.
Each day will bring something different, but some of the key responsibilities of this role will be:
- Coordinate planning, consenting and construction schedules to deliver on the store development programme
- Assist with the resource requirements for the completion of projects including - fixtures, joinery, IT equipment, WHS equipment, internal signage, and visual merchandising consumables
- Liaise with key project stakeholders throughout the life of the project ensuring a “no surprises” approach
- Ensuring clear lines of communication between internal and external parties
- Ensuring that all time frames are continually followed up and re-evaluated daily
- Maintain accurate and appropriate records relating to individual projects and programmes
- Calendar management / Coordinating Schedules
- Supporting the store development team with administration tasks such as SAP invoicing and CAPEX budgeting
- Ensuring compliance and resource/consenting documentation is accurate and adheres to legislative requirements
**What we are looking out for**
- Demonstrated self starter with experience in an administrative or coordination role whom can work independently and part of a team and exercise sound judgement
- An understanding of retail, visual merchandising and store development would be highly advantageous but isn’t essential
- Excellent organisational, prioritising, attention to detail, and time management skills
- A confident and articulate communicator, with both strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders, both internal and external
- Intermediate to advance level skills with Microsoft Office Products.
- Experience with Adobe suite and SAP would also be highly advantageous, however we are happy to teach you this.
