**About the Association**

The Poverty Bay Agricultural & Pastoral Association is responsible for the effective management of the A&P Showgrounds Park, including the management and maintenance of the buildings, grounds, and events, including the annual A&P Show - an annual highlight in the local calendar

The team at the A&P show grounds are a hard-working team that leave no stone unturned, and are now on the hunt for a**Financial Administrator**to join their team.

**About the role**

As**Financial Administrator**, you will be a crucial part of the operations within the team at the Poverty Bay Agricultural & Pastoral Association. The role will suit someone who is an Office All-rounder as you will be responsible for a variety of duties including but not limited to:

- Accounts payable/ receivable along, banking, and GST/ PAYE
- Maintain membership and site booking register

**Skills and Experience**

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running with the following skills and experience:

- Experience as a financial administrator or a similar administrative role
- Experience with Xero accounting software
- Have experience with accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Software
- The ability to work well under pressure and juggle conflicting priorities
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Flexibility and capacity to work additional hours during busy periods
