**What will you be doing?**

At Tower, we are progressing boldly to align with future insurance trends. This newly created role will focus on new consumer propositions to deliver beautifully simple and rewarding experiences for our customers.

To continue our growth, we are looking for an experienced professional to join our Marketing, Revenue and Brand team as Head of Customer Proposition - Personal Lines.

Reporting to our Chief Marketing, Revenue and Brand Officer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Tower's customer propositions through the identification, creation and delivery of strategic new customer value and offerings. You will work across the business to ensure these consumer propositions are competitive, create simple and easy experiences for our customers, as well as drive revenue and market growth.

You will build and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to quickly achieve buy in and influence others to deliver fundamental change.

**You can expect to be across the following**:

- Create and execute a Tower proposition strategy that aligns closely with our business and customer strategy.
- Work with key stakeholders and teams across the business to understand market insights, competitor propositions and customer needs to identify proposition opportunities.
- Work alongside the Chief Revenue, Marketing and Brand Officer, Head of Product and other key stakeholders to develop new consumer propositions (including experiences, products, services and loyalty offerings) and enhancements ensuring they meet regulatory and customer standards to help Tower win in it's chosen markets.
- Support the Chief Revenue, Marketing and Brand officer with Quarterly and Annual strategic planning to support the wider Marketing and Brand business unit.
- Collaborate with the Product, Pricing and Portfolio teams to establish competitive pricing strategies for new propositions to market in line with our risk appetite.

**What you'll need**

**To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following**:

- 8-10+ years' experience working in Propositions, Strategy & Marketing roles(Insurance or Financial Services Industry would be beneficial
- Proven experience driving business growth and customer satisfaction through propositions.
- An accomplished and inspiring leader with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to cooperate and collaborate with other senior leaders across the business.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding and appreciation of customer and market insight data.
