The Job
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Receptionist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care and create a positive experience for our patients
- Provide administrative support to our dental team
- Manage patient files and appointments
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of appointments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
What We're Looking For
- Highly organized with a focus on delivering excellent patient care
- Professional and empathetic manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist/administration role, ideally in a healthcare setting
