**The role**:
As Marketing Lead, this role this role requires a creative and collaborative approach to strategy and implementation. An explorative mindset is welcome to deliver on a programme of work to strengthen our community and promote our projects to the industry.

Reporting to the Academy Lead, this position takes full ownership of the marketing strategy and implementation.
- Develop and implement a communications and marketing strategy, utilising both digital and experiential channels to support Energy Academy initiatives
- Manage creative and technical suppliers
- Manage a portfolio of programmes to strengthen our community and share a better story of energy, our Future State and Future Thinking
- Develop strong relationships with our partners to co-deliver on projects

**A little about you**:
If you are a storyteller and creative with a “think tank” approach, who is passionate about how we engage and collaborate with our communities to explore the unknown, with an imaginative team who love what we do, this is the role for you.
- Relevant qualification in communications or marketing (is preferred) with at least 5 years experience in a similar role
- An entrepreneurial mindset where agility, making an impact and the ability to add value are key to you
- The confidence to share your opinion, and a willingness to experiment and learn
- Exceptional communication skills, including presentations
- Experience inside a creative agency or start-up is desirable
- An understanding of productivity tools such as SLACK, MIRO, Mailchimp, Typeform & Canva
- A positive attitude, energy and a sense of humour
