ABOUT THE ROLE - MŌ TĒNEI TŪRANGA
As a key member of the NZ Careers Engagement (CE) and Accounting Technician (AT) team, your goal will be to connect, inspire and develop our future business leaders, through engagement in high schools, tertiary institutes and with employers. You will do this by:

- Leading the national AT pipeline and acquisition strategy, supporting enrolments into the AT Program course and pathways, focusing on internal training, outbound calling and lead management to drive membership growth.
- Provide regular, accurate sales and campaign reporting to the Head of Careers Engagement NZ to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Responsibility for the implementation of the future member acquisition strategy across the Central North Island region, delivery of KPI measures aligned to provisional membership and program enrolments through building and maintaining trusted relationships with employers, graduates, educators and students.
- Emphasis on developing and fostering engagement with employers to create awareness and enable growth in the Chartered Accountants and Accounting Technician Program enrolments within the region.
- Lead, coach and motivate student representatives in the region.
- Representing CA ANZ at university career fairs, student society events and relevant industry seminars.

We're looking for someone with proven experience in strategy development and execution, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to lead teams to achieve set goals. If you have a sound understanding of the student and university marketplace, experience in account and relationship management, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you. Knowledge of the education system or accounting profession would be highly advantageous.
