**Your new company**
You will be working for a professional services organisation based in the Southland city of Invercargill. This well established and stable company has a great customer base and growth plans.

**Your new role**
You will be working as the Payroll Manager. Your role will be centred around running the payroll department, including supporting a team of payroll officers including their individual progress, strategic planning, ensuring all pay runs are completed in time, accurately and any queries are handled quickly and efficiently, reporting for directors and other ad hoc requirements for the department.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will need experience running payroll departments and looking after teams of multiple capability level individuals. You will need strong technical and IT skills to be able to create the reporting necessary, and the analytical skills to be able to explain and strategise with other senior leaders. You will be either living in Invercargill, or open to a relocation to the area which will be funded if required.
