In this role you will be part of a small team who ensure the pay is processed with a high degree of accuracy for staff across all our campuses in New Zealand. You will undertake calculations and reconciliations, run reports, action third party payments, and provide great customer service within a future focussed technology-based environment.

- Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of programmes, especially Excel.
- Experience in payroll or finance and using an HRMIS or integrated payroll system is an advantage, but full training is provided.

You will also be comfortable with working in an agile, adaptable, flexible manner where time is critical.

Our Dunedin based Payroll team are part of the HR Services team. Working as part of the Human Resources Division we are a team of highly skilled professional staff responsible for delivering an outstanding staff experience through high quality, effective service delivery.

This is a full-time, permanent role (37.5 hours per week), located in Dunedin.
