Tangram's hospital-level aged care facility in Dunedin presents an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead its operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the facility, ensuring efficient management and quality care delivery.
As Facility Manager, you will work closely with the Clinical Manager to ensure seamless collaboration and effective decision-making. Your strong operational leadership skills and experience in managing workforce planning, compliance, and financial performance will be essential in driving the success of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead the nursing team and ensure clinical excellence
- Supervise ancillary services, including kitchen, cleaning, and reception staff
- Manage outsourced services, such as payroll, accounts, and external catering
- Maintain financial oversight, including budgeting and cost control
