**The Role.**
Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Partnerships you will join the strategy and brand team, responsible for identifying strategic opportunities to drive growth for our beloved portfolio.

As our Senior Strategy & Partnerships Manager (formerly known as our Strategic Category Manager), you will lead the development of the most complex insight-based category strategies, which help to identify future sources of growth for your categories to assist the business in unlocking growth, feeding into our CCEP business plan. You’ll ensure the execution of the plan is streamlined too.

You will take data from a broad range of sources (e.g. Nielsen, tableau, bespoke qualitative and quantitative studies) and turn into insights, then turn these insights into strategy. You’ll then influence those strategic recommendations through senior leadership to enable the commercialisation of initiatives for execution in the market.

This role will have huge involvement with internal stakeholders cross-functionally, you’ll have relationships across almost every facet of our business, and our brand partners too

**What Do I Need?**
If you can ‘do’ numbers (maybe you have a commercial or finance background?), love working with cross functional teams and can tell a great story - then we’d like to hear from you
Analytical skills and commercial acumen are fundamental to the role, but it’s the stakeholder management and communication side that will really set you apart. There are a range of different stakeholders to manage, you’ll need to build strong interpersonal relationships and influence decision-making towards the best outcome for us and our stakeholders.

The category world can feel like the greyest of the grey at times, you’ll be able to create simplicity out of complexity, solve problems and keep us moving toward our goals.

There will be a lot to keep up with across the different teams, so we’re looking for someone who can multi-task and prioritise in a time where everything feels urgent.

If you have some experience working within the FMCG industry, that’s a big plus for us
