Sitting within People Strategy and Capability, the Talent Acquisition team ensures IR has the people with the right capability at the right time through proactive recruitment and timely, expert advice. We have a new 12 month fixed term opportunity for someone with broad expertise in talent acquisition.

**Mōu | About you**
You will be an expert relationship builder whose curiosity ensures continuous development and greater understanding of different business needs. You will also:
- have experience working within a large and complex organisation where you have successfully managed multiple roles at any one time
- enjoy mentoring other members of the team and will have a history of supporting your colleagues, hiring managers and external providers to enable success
- have a minimum of five years’ recruitment experience.
