In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the production planning and sales support process, as well as order processing and some PA work to the Managing Director.

**Key Responsibilties**:

- Assisting in the planning of production schedules and monitoring the progress of production processes
- Providing support to the sales team with the preparation of quotes, customer inquiries, and order tracking
- Handling customer orders and processing them accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery of products
- Providing administrative support to the production and sales teams as needed
- Participating in cross-functional team meetings to ensure effective communication between departments
- PA support to the Managing Director
- 2-3 years of experience in an administration role - it is advantageous to have experience in sales support and production prior but not completely necessary
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets, pivot tables, and charts
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
