As a key member of the Digital Analytics & Optimisation team you will be responsible for surfacing meaningful insights to the business through the use of data.

You will proactively collaborate with various business stakeholders to understand analytical needs, design measurement plans, and develop reports / analysis to deliver insights to improve performance. You will also implement governance and best practice along with documentation This work will enable yourself and team members to provide stakeholders with high quality insights and recommendations.

**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
- Lead the execution of the Woolworths NZ CRO Programme
- Partner with key stakeholders to generate test hypotheses and provide best practice support in conducting experiments
- Develop clear and concise reporting of experiments
- Coordinate different teams across the CRO lifecycle from a hypothesis to actions from the insights. Embrace the Agile operating model and collaborate proactively across multiple teams

**About You | Mōu
**You will be eager to keep developing your skills and have a passion for delivering to your stakeholders and customers. We are looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline for example Business, Computer Science, Information Systems etc. along with hands-on experience running a large scale CRO test programme. You will also have experience with web analytics tools preferably Google Analytics.

You will be a confident communicator and able to partner effectively across the business. An understanding of the online customer experience as well as a natural curiosity will see you thrive in this role.
