Digital Operations Sales

Accountable for large / medium customers at regional level across multiple portfolios, carrying significant sales target.
- Identifies and develops significant business opportunities by interpreting critical business information such as customer needs, Nokia's portfolio, competitive landscape.
- Lead CNS Digital Operations go to market & offer strategy: assess customer RFP or input documents, define solution and adapting Nokia blueprints to customer needs.
- Builds a long-term relationship with customer's senior executives using the knowledge of industry and competitive landscape to contributes to the corporate goals and to increase own effectiveness.
- Actively participates in and contributes to pricing strategy and contract negotiations which generate mid-term business impact.
- Participate and elaborate the creation of business value realization/business case for technology and architecture proposed to customers
- Participate in account planning and revenue funnel reviews with sales and commercial management teams.
- Solves highly complex or novel problems based on sophisticated analytical thought and complex judgment, and develops unique sales approaches which differentiates our offering.
- Acts as the most senior sales expert, typically at a global or regional level, serves as best practice / quality resource and is an acknowledged authority both within and outside own organisational unit.
- Participate in periodic reviews with Digital Operations Leaders to provide status of key opportunities, wins/losses feedbacks and identified Digital Operations product/services gaps.
- Strictly adhere to the published NOKIA sell & CNS processes.

**Required Skills**:

- Technical knowledge on OSS aforementioned capabilities as well as Cloud/MANO, Fixed & Wireless Networks, Telecom standards, Telecom Protocols.
- Tertiary education in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering or similar.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet critical timelines.
- Creative ‘out of the box’ thinker.
- Exceptional work ethic, the ability to work independently, self-motivated, driven and a strong desire to succeed.
- Knowledge of CNS Digital Operations portfolio and Services is an advantage.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
