**The role**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced estimator or administrator with experience in contract pricing or quoting, ideally from within the plumbing (or residential / commercial construction) industry, to join our Region 2 sales team in Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Hawkes Bay. Whilst the preference is for the role to be based in Hamilton, we would consider someone to be based in our Rotorua or Hawkes Bay branches.

This is a pivotal role within the high performing Region’s sales team, where you will provide commercial pricing support to our sales team, branch teams and trade customers, and contribute to the continued growth of our key commercial accounts. You will be responsible for our commercial & project quotes, negotiating with our suppliers ensuring we offer the best possible value to our customers, and working closely with the Region 2 branches to ensure a smooth transition of work.

Your ability to develop strong, long-term relationships with our internal teams, as well as a wide range of our customers and suppliers, will be key to this role, as well as analysing, collating and reporting information regularly with a focused strategy to win new business.

**About you**

Success in this role is your ability to assemble information from multiple sources and deliver on fierce deadlines with a customer-centric and solutions-focused approach. You’ll have the ability to seamlessly deliver a great experience to our internal and external stakeholders, through strong communication and reliable service. Estimating or Quantity Surveying experience would be an advantage but not essential.

Your communication, organisation and relationship skills will prove invaluable, as you collaborate with a wide range of internal and external customers. A strong personal and work ethic is essential, as is your IT savvy, ability with numbers, and attention to detail.
