Are you organized, customer-focused, and ready to be the welcoming face of our clients automotive service center? We are currently seeking a motivated individual to fill the position of Automotive Administrator.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Front-of-House Presence**: As our Automotive Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, greeting them with a friendly smile and providing exceptional service.
- **Job Scheduling**: Booking in jobs and appointments accurately to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- **Stock Control**: Managing inventory and ensuring adequate stock levels for our automotive parts and supplies.
- **Jobs and Pricing**: Assisting with job quotations and providing pricing information to customers as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in general administration and customer service roles is required.
- Knowledge of SAM software is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- Experience within the automotive industry is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
- Availability to work from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
