Citycare Property, a proudly New Zealand-owned company, is on the hunt for a seasoned Contract Admin Lead to join our dynamic open spaces team in Ngaruawahia.


About the Role:
This is a unique, multi-faceted role working with our Facilities Management contract for the Waikato District Council. It requires an organised dynamic person with a go-getter attitude and an eagle eye for detail.

This is a reasonably autonomous role which is a pivotal part of our service delivery team.

Your mission?

  • Embrace a fastpaced service delivery team and uphold high level of quality and service.
  • Champion effective communication strategies, building and maintaining robust relationships internally and externally.
  • Utilise cuttingedge software tools to keep operations streamlined and productive as well as challenging the norms to allow us to grow and improve.

Qualifications & Experience:

To excel in this pivotal role, you should possess:

  • A robust background in contract administration.
  • Adeptness in managing intricate financial transactions and providing administrative support.
  • Proficiency in software tools like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, and other specific tools like CAM, CEM, My Timesheet, Blueprint, Pronto, and Benchmark.
  • Business Administration course or diploma preferred.
