Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a talented and driven individual to lead our Talent Acquisition team, as well as recruiting for our senior, salaried positions.

As the team lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of two recruiters who focus on blue collar roles, and for building relationships with hiring managers and business leaders across the organisation.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of our talent acquisition strategy as we move towards a more partnering focussed model. You will work closely with business leaders to understand their hiring needs, and partner with them to develop sourcing and recruiting strategies that meet their requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team of two recruiters focused on salaried roles, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders across the organization
- Partner with business leaders to understand their hiring needs, and develop sourcing and recruiting strategies that meet those needs
- Continuously improve our recruiting processes and strategies, leveraging data and metrics to drive results
