- **About the opportunity**
- As the Talent Acquisition Analyst, reporting to the GM Talent Acquisition, you will provide data and insights to support better decision-making through the Talent Acquisition cycle. This newly created role gives you the opportunity to really make an impact and define how you will add value to the position.With plenty of initiative and autonomy, you will manage all aspects of our Talent Acquisition data and reporting, partnering with business stakeholders, People and Culture and Talent Acquisition Teams to ensure we have relevant and accurate reporting on a timely basis. This will include the collection and interpretation of internal data captured through recruitment processes as well as capturing external data to build insights and shape our long-term strategies.Your key accountabilities will include:
- Build, develop and manage our data platforms, databases, reporting and associated data accessibility tools as required by the Talent Acquisition team
- Support the development and deployment of training and capability of tools and the interpretation of data
- Identify relevant external information sources, interpret multi-data inputs and share insights across the business in an easily digestible format
- Ensure the TA team continues to meet their targets through regular reporting and early identification of trends
- Identify and deliver bespoke reporting requirements
- Work with the Head of People Analytics to ensure reporting is aligned and consistent
- Support the GM Talent Acquisition with financial tracking.

**About you**
- You enjoy using data and analytics to identify trends and insights to improve the current state and enhance performance. Your strong analytical mindset will help you to add value from day one.You have a sound foundation in an analytical role, and exceptional stakeholder management skills that enable to you to deliver impactful insights, diagnostics, investigate outcomes, and recommend actions.- With proven experience creating data models using a variety of reporting packages, you are experienced analysing large data sets and communicating these insights back to the business via comprehensive and impactful reports.Additionally, you will have strong attention to detail and commercial acumen.Key skills and experience:
- Experience using data visualisation and insights tools (Power BI, Tableau or Google Analytics)
- Exposure to working with data transformation tools (Power BI, DAX and SQL)
- Experience working independently across several projects to tight deadlines
- Knowledge of tools to manipulate, manage, combine, and enhance data
- Microsoft Excel skills at an intermediate level
- Excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to influence stakeholders.
