We are currently seeking a Sales and Service Coordinator to join the team
**Job Title**: Sales and Service Coordinator
**Location**: Albany, Auckland
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
As a Sales and Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in providing outstanding customer service while coordinating sales activities and supporting day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinating sales inquiries, orders, and deliveries.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Assisting with inventory management and stock control.
- Undertaking some repetitive heavy lifting (up to 25kgs) as required.
- Operating forklift equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assisting with yard work and general maintenance tasks.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- General administrative and stock room duties
**Requirements**: To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:
- A valid Class 1 driver's license.
- A current Forklift license.
- Self-motivation and reliability.
- A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to undertake repetitive heavy lifting tasks (up to 25kgs).
- A willingness to learn new skills and undergo training.
- Previous experience in yard work or sales will be advantageous but not essential.
