Our client is looking for a Learning Coordinator ready to hit the ground running This role will include updating the Learning Management system (LMS), setting up training, assisting with reporting and ensuring licenses and qualifications are kept up to date.

The purpose of this role is to ensure that all support & learning is delivered and is a great experience for all staff involved. If you are super organised and a stellar communicator, this could be the role for you

**Duties**:

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding calendars and logistics - venues/rooms, catering and materials
- Manage all employee bookings and ensure they have all relevant information for each course
- Supporting the Learning Programmes team with L&D initiatives
- Update and report to relevant stakeholders on course and people progress
- Other administration tasks as required

**We are looking for someone who has the following**:

- Some relevant coordination experience in a previous role
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects & meet deadlines
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- Have an excellent eye for detail.
