Office Manager

RAJVIR SERVICES LIMITED are looking for a Office Manager to join us on a full-time basis.
**Your responsibilities will be**:
- Overseeing the planning and evaluation of commercial cleaning services, including setting priorities and maintaining service quality standards.
- Assigning personnel, workspace, and cleaning equipment efficiently to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Assigning cleaning tasks to staff and supervising their performance to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
- Managing records and accounts related to commercial cleaning contracts, including invoicing, billing, and financial reporting.
- Overseeing inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment, scheduling and coordinating cleaning staff, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborating with industry experts to streamline commercial cleaning operations and address any issues that may arise.
- Ensuring office equipment, commercial cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained.
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations in commercial cleaning operations.
- Ensuring that commercial cleaning operations adhere to applicable government regulations, company policies, and procedures.
- Coordinating activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training, and supervision within the commercial cleaning company.
**About you**:
- you must be at least 18 years old.
- must be eligible to work in New Zealand and hold the relevant visa - or be able to obtain one.
- have attention to detail.
- have a reliable work ethic with good customer service skills.
**Requirements**:
- be available to work in the mornings, evenings and on the weekends if needed.
You will be required to work for a minimum of 32 hours per week.
The hourly rate for this position will be between $29.70-$32.00.
