Office Manager

**This job is required to perform: (specific duty tasks)**
- Organising office operations and procedures
- Organising meetings and managing databases
- Performing review and analysis of special projects and keep the management properly informed
- Determining current trends and provide a review to management to act on
- Organising induction programmes for new employees
- Ensuring top performance of office staff by providing them adequate coaching and guidance
- Allocating tasks and assignments to staff and monitor their performance
- Organising company events and conferences
- Addressing employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
- Ordering stationery and IT equipment
- Maintaining the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
- Processing invoices and managing office budgets
- Provide general support to visitors
- Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
**Job requirement**:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferable
- Relevant experience is preferable, but training will be provided so no prior experience is mandatory
- Eyes for details and a hard-working attitude
- Being physically fit
