With empathy and respect, the Complaints Resolution Manager (CRM) manages complex complaints and regularly checks in with residents about their experience in raising a complaint. The CRM oversees Summerset's complaints handing processes, ensuring we are resolving complains in keeping with legislation and best practice in NZ and Australia. They will use performance data and insights analysis to identify trends and root cause to deliver insights, tools and training, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
